Introduction
These Terms govern use of the HairGauge public website, demo environment, verification tools, verified clinic listings, software access, and related platform services. Please read them before using HairGauge.
About HairGauge
HairGauge is a digital operating system and verification platform for hair restoration and hair transplant clinics.
HairGauge provides software, verification infrastructure, clinic workflow tools, and communication support. HairGauge does not perform hair transplant procedures, does not provide medical treatment, and does not control clinic medical decisions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HairGauge, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for a specific service. If you use HairGauge for a clinic or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
If you do not agree, do not use the relevant HairGauge service.
Website Use
You may use the public website for lawful information, enquiry, verification, and evaluation purposes. You must provide accurate information where requested and must not interfere with website operation, security, forms, or public verification tools.
Platform Use
Platform access is limited to authorised users and the access level, installation, or services assigned to them. Clinics must use HairGauge consistently with their service agreement, applicable law, professional obligations, and internal policies.
Features may differ by access level, country, deployment type, integration status, or service configuration.
Clinic Responsibility
Clinics are responsible for their clients, medical records, procedures, instructions, communications, uploaded data, local compliance, consent processes, staff actions, professional decisions, account users, and security inside their own clinic environment.
HairGauge structure or verification tools do not transfer those responsibilities to HairGauge.
Client and Patient Data Responsibility
Clinics are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, security, consent, and handling of the client or patient data they collect, upload, process, store, or communicate through their own clinic environment.
HairGauge does not centrally own or control clinic client/patient records held inside clinic-managed or self-hosted installations.
Verification and Certificates
HairGauge certificate verification only confirms the status of a HairGauge-issued or HairGauge-recognized certificate, badge, or clinic verification record at the time of checking.
Verification does not guarantee medical results, surgical outcome, clinic performance, or future compliance.
Any certificate that cannot be verified through the official HairGauge verification system should not be treated as a valid HairGauge certificate.
Verified Clinics and Badges
Verified clinic listings and badge levels are based on HairGauge platform records, documentation, verification status, and applicable platform criteria.
A verified listing or badge does not replace a client’s responsibility to make informed decisions, ask questions, review clinic information, and follow professional medical advice.
Clinics must not alter, copy, continue displaying, or misrepresent a badge, certificate, listing, or status after it expires, is suspended, is withdrawn, or no longer applies.
Demo Mode
Demo Mode is provided for presentation and education only. Demo data is fictional or sample data and must not be treated as real clinic, client, certificate, medical, or verification data.
Public demo users are not allowed to access real HQ operations, real connected installations, real clinic records, real client records, live certificate management, or administrative settings.
AI and Communication Tools
HairGauge may provide AI-assisted or template-assisted communication features. These tools are designed to assist with drafting, translation, explanation, and workflow support. They do not replace professional medical judgment, legal advice, or clinic responsibility.
Clinics remain responsible for reviewing and approving messages, instructions, translations, and communications before using them with clients.
Users must not enter passwords, secret keys, unlawful material, or information they are not authorised to process into AI or communication features.
Medical Disclaimer
HairGauge is not a hospital, clinic, medical provider, emergency service, or medical decision-maker. It does not diagnose, prescribe, perform treatment or surgery, guarantee results, or replace qualified professional judgment.
Clinics and qualified professionals remain responsible for all medical advice, suitability assessments, procedures, aftercare, instructions, and emergency decisions.
Accounts and Access
Users must protect their login details, use only accounts assigned to them, maintain accurate account information, and notify the responsible administrator of suspected unauthorised access. Account sharing or attempts to bypass assigned permissions are prohibited.

HairGauge and its software, designs, text, graphics, logos, badges, certificates, workflows, databases, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No right to copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivatives is granted except where expressly agreed in writing or required by law.
Third-Party Services
HairGauge may connect with hosting, messaging, analytics, payment, verification, or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms, availability, security, and privacy practices. HairGauge is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Availability and Updates
HairGauge may maintain, update, improve, replace, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, performance, product development, or service delivery. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HairGauge is not liable for clinic medical decisions, surgical outcomes, client treatment results, clinic communications, clinic data handling, or misuse of the platform by clinics or users.

Suspension or Termination
HairGauge may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of security risk, unauthorised access, non-payment, misuse, false verification claims, legal requirements, material breach, or risk to HairGauge, clinics, clients, or the public. Applicable agreements may provide additional notice or remedy terms.
Changes to Terms
HairGauge may update these Terms to reflect service, security, legal, or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
